Digital Product & Refund Policy

Last updated: September 13, 2026. This policy applies to downloadable MISSLEGALLUXE® products, including editable templates, guides, workbooks and bundles.

Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. No physical product is shipped unless a product listing expressly says otherwise. The Beauty Business Bundle is delivered as a downloadable ZIP containing editable Microsoft Word (.docx) files.

Final-sale policy

Because digital products provide access to downloadable intellectual property, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once purchased, except where otherwise required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations or exchanges for digital products.

Wrong product or bundle

If you accidentally purchase the wrong product, email purchases@legalluxeinc.com immediately so our team can assist you. Contacting us does not guarantee a refund, exchange, cancellation or credit, and the final-sale policy remains in effect.

Duplicate charges and delivery problems

If you believe you were charged twice for the same transaction or did not receive access because of a technical delivery problem, contact us promptly. We will review transaction and delivery records and address verified billing or delivery errors as appropriate.

File compatibility

Product pages identify the format of the materials. Purchasers are responsible for having compatible software and devices. Inability to open a stated file format on a particular device does not by itself convert a digital purchase into a refundable transaction.

Chargebacks

Please contact purchase support first if you believe there is a billing or delivery error so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve it. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law or card-network rules.
