Purchases and delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining software capable of opening the stated file formats. Product descriptions, included files and pricing shown at checkout control your purchase.

Final sales

Digital products are subject to our Digital Product & Refund Policy. All digital product sales are final and non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

No guarantees

We do not promise or guarantee any particular legal, financial, business, trademark, chargeback, revenue or other outcome from using educational content or templates. Laws, platform rules and business circumstances change, and materials may require jurisdiction-specific or situation-specific modification.
